新橋にあるこちら。
接待のような感じで奢ってもらったので、色々緩めです。
なのでわからないけど、メニューを見る限り、上コースだった模様。
最初に摘みが5種類一気に出た。
これは摘みながら冒頭まとめて会話できるので、接待向きだなと思った、大将も新橋という土地柄に合わせているらしい。この中で蛸の赤ワイン煮が意外なヒット。柔らかいしワインのいやな臭いもなく、タコがいい香り。
握りは赤酢ブレンドだが、酢のクセがないタイプ。この中では鯵によく合っていた。
新橋という土地柄寿司に詳しくない人が多そうなので、その中でもみんな無難に満足しそう。
