We always have 12 types of pure rice sake carefully selected from all over Japan by our sake master's mother, which changes weekly. Enjoy the flavors of Junmai, Special Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, and Junmai Daiginjo that change with the seasons, such as new sake, summer sake, hiyaoroshi, and autumn.

This is a shochu that the master shochu sommelier would like everyone to try. Please enjoy the six types of potato shochu: Hachimanro Kasezu, Takura, Sato Black, Sato White, Umi, En, and Mitake, as well as the differences in black koji, white koji, and yellow koji. There are two types of rice shochu: Toyonagazo and Shichida, and two types of barley shochu: Wort and Chingu. Experience the difference in aroma and taste of potatoes, rice, and barley. The mellow taste of Kurochiyoka is also recommended.
