The other day when I went to [a:13287499,Shinme] in Kanda, the food was salty, so I thought that unless I tried Shinbashi once, I wouldn't know the true value of Shinme, so I had two hours from one meeting in Shinbashi to the next. So I stopped by. I got lost because I didn't know where the store was, but it was on the 5th floor of a building. Apparently there have been complaints on Tabelog about it being there, so I guess it's always there. I'm sorry I couldn't meet you. The menu structure was the same as Kanda, but the dishes were also different. There are 5 types of appetizers (700 yen). Salted plum is good here. I ordered the black beef (600 yen). Same small glass. Black beef is delicious. Stewed beef tendon (700 yen) is also delicious. The left minister (600 yen) is also delicious. The customer base is also interesting, such as the Ginza lady who sat at the counter with me and her customers.
