Our restaurant is proud of its highly fresh Wagyu beef delivered from a Wagyu specialist. We use a discerning eye to purchase the most delicious products at the time, such as Matsuzaka beef, branded beef from various regions, Yamagata beef, and Sendai beef. Almost all of our dishes are made with A5 rank Japanese black beef. We also have rare parts such as Chateaubriand and Tomosankaku. Enjoy the flavor of high-quality meat with a light sauce. Highly recommended menu items include ``broiled meat sashimi'' and ``Matsuzaka beef loin and special sea urchin topped with yukke truffle.''
