食べログでランチの「椿コース5770円税込」を予約して初めて行きました。（サービス税あり）
11時半オープンと同時に入店。
カウンターの中には氷で冷やす冷蔵庫があり、内側は金箔色の壁‥素敵なお店です。
ちなみに入り口横にはドクターコパの神社があり、このお店は金運にも良さそう‥と勝手にウキウキ。
初めにノンアルコールビールを注文し順番に
・ワカサギの南蛮漬け
・白身魚
・金目鯛肝のせ
・中トロ
・大トロ（日本刀で炙りつけます、ご主人曰くバーナーで炙ると匂いが残るけど、醤油をつけた大トロを日本刀で焼き付けると香りがいいとの事）
素晴らしいと思いました。
・鰻と松茸の茶碗蒸し
・吹き寄せチラシ寿司
・菊ときのこのお浸し
・干瓢巻き
・玉子焼きとカボチャの玉子焼き
・お味噌汁（丁寧にアラから出汁をとったアラ汁のアオサ入り味噌汁）
私はこれが最後にガツンときて、美味しすぎました。おかわりしたいくらい好きなお味噌汁。
・デザートとお茶
もう素晴らしいの一言です。丁寧なお仕事されていて頭が下がります。
ランチでこのコースはリーズナブルです。
次は握りの「櫻コース」を食べてみたいです。
お釣りの現金はピン札で、最初から最後まで素晴らしいです。
また行きたいお店です。
