3080 rev A lucky spot in Ginza! Simmered dish French cuisine〜The course started with a smooth warm soup that was easy to absorb into the stomach. When you finish eating the shrimp makoto, drop the rice and go to the risotto. The essence of Creative Cuisine which does not stick to the Japanese style of the general manager! The first piece of nigiri is Kue (Nagasaki), a high-end fish. The white meat is rich and rich, and the texture is soft and chewy, different from sea bream! Sake - Gassan Mellow Dry Junmai Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake - All sake was selection by the General Manager.
