銀座でちょっと会食。静かな個室で打ち合わせを兼ねた食事がしたしなと思い予約しました。
ディナーは パティシエ特製アニバーサリーケーキ付きのアニバーサリーコース 9000円や
厳選食材やスペシャリテ、そしてA5黒毛和牛のステーキがついた含むスペシャルコース
15000円のコースがあります。今回はスペシャルコースで。
しかしながら9000円でフレンチは嬉しいですね。
コリドー街にあるGINZATOKIDENビルの10Fにあり便利。会食などにもおすすめです。
個室を指定したこともありプライベート感満載。卒無くサービスしてくださり
仕事の話をしながら食事をしていましたが、じっくりそんな話もできました。

ホロホロ鳥とトリュフソースヴァンジョーヌ
しっとりしたほろほろ鳥とトリュフ入りのムースの二層に。
赤ワインと黒胡椒を混ぜたソースを添えて。
◆スープ～スペシャリテ
発酵マッシュルームスープ
二週間発酵させたマッシュルームは透明感も。
温泉卵を加え、上にスライスを乗せています。
マッシュルーム入りの自家製パンが添えてありました。
◆前菜
北寄貝と桜海老 小カブのフリット
小カブは水分を閉じ込めみずみずしくフリットに。
◆魚料理
伊豆金目鯛春豆・菜花の春仕立て
香ばしく皮目を焼き、しっとりとした火入れ。
菜花やスナップえんどうを添えて。
白ワインのソースでいただきました。
◆肉料理
A5黒毛和牛サーロイン ソースマデラ トリュフ
程よく焼かれたサーロインにはたっぷりのトリュフがかかりゴージャスですね。
アニバーサリーコースでは+2,000円でメインをこちらに変更してくれるそうなので
変更することをおすすめします。

苺たっぷりで春らしい。ほのかな熱とアイスクリームのハーモニーもいいですね。

大きなセラーにはオリジナルワインもあったり、ワイン好きもしっかりお食事できますね。
銀座の夜景を見ながらお食事が楽しめるレストランでした。
