The inside of the restaurant has a calm navy blue interior and is compact in size with 20 seats, but there are also private rooms in the back. This time I had the standard dinner course of 8,000 yen. It is a full course meal that includes appetizers, soup, fish dishes, Meat Dishes, and dessert.・Caviar blini, whitebait tart, accented with butterbur sashimi and yuzu The appetizers arrived in a nice box, and the blini made from buckwheat flour was topped with caviar and had a very nice buckwheat aroma. Also, the sauce for the whitebait tart was delicious.・Marinated Spanish Mackerel Radish and Beet Mousse with Cherry Blossom Makeup The pink bubbles contained marinated Spanish mackerel, and although it was raw, it had no odor, and the combination with the sweetness of the beet mousse was delicious.・Fermented mushroom soup (+1,000 yen) A classic French cuisine menu.
