新橋の「山の恵み」という串焼き、海鮮居酒屋です。
素晴らしい料理と落ち着いた雰囲気、そのどちらもが本当に素晴らしいんです。
まず、その料理についてですが、串焼きが絶品。
一つ一つ丁寧に焼き上げられた串焼きは、噛みしめるたびにじゅわっと美味しい肉汁が溢れ出します。また、新鮮な海鮮もまた格別。プリプリの食感と濃厚な旨味、口の中で広がるその味わいは最高です。
次に、店内の雰囲気についてですが、こじんまりとしていて落ち着ける空間が広がっています。
ここで一杯飲むと、仕事の疲れもふっ飛んでしまうんです。
ただ、ピークタイムは混雑することもあるので、早めの来店がオススメです。
全体的な評価は4.5です。再訪確定のお店ですね。次回も楽しみです、「山の恵み」。
