The year-end party season has arrived. Shinbashi Karasumori is busier than ever. There are many office workers on the sidewalk. Today is my kappo. Cream Croquette sashimi, warm milt, mentaiko chazuke, nanban horse mackerel, conger eel and eggplant with egg The milt is carefully processed and very creamy and delicious. The cream Croquette are small but have a strong flavor. The sashimi is also fresh. The other seasonings are delicious, but only the Nanban pickled horse mackerel is a bit strange. I feel like it's a little lacking in sweetness. It's a bit of a small shop, but I think it's nice because it's quiet and it's easy to talk. A relaxed restaurant in Shinbashi. Recommended if you want to have a drink.
初、割烹
もう一つの割烹には2度ほどお邪魔したんですが。
今回は初めての新橋、俺の割烹。
烏森神社のすぐ近く。
ついでにお参りできます^_^
店内はカウンターとテーブルが2席?もうちょいあったかな?
店内は満席、そしてちょっと暑い。
お店の方も暑いけど、エアコンがこれが限界とのこと。
ま、ビール美味しく飲める室温ですね。
お料理は全般に美味しくてよかった。
カニクリームコロッケは身がぎっしり。
あんまりクリーム感がなく。美味しい。
お刺身も新鮮でコリコリして美味しかったです。
日本酒もたくさんあってどれをいただこうか迷っちゃいます。
安定の来店ポイントつけ忘れ…はぁ。

I tried mackerel Sushi several times but couldn't eat it. It was the last one, but I was glad I had it. I like this place because it has counter seats and it's not too noisy. The milt was also delicious. It looks delicious cold, but it's also good warm. Nanbanzuke is moderately sweet. The seasoning is rather vague, so I think I would prefer something a little more robust. I also make it at home, but the moisture in the vegetables will come out after a while after pickling, so the flavor will be dull, so I think it's a little strong at first. I think that's about right (lol) What do you think? sorry. Other dishes are delicious♪
