少し前から気になっていたお店。
コロナ以降、新橋でランチを食べられるお店が減っているので、新規開拓したいと思い、同僚と入ってみました。
この場所は、以前「OBUSSE（オブッセ）」という「オステリア・パージナ」の姉妹店があったところ。（その後、餃子屋さんになっていた？）
さて、今日のランチは何にしよう？
ランチメニューも気になりましたが、やっぱりまずはハンバーガーでしょ！ということで、チーズバーガーセット（ポテトorサラダ、ソフトドリンク付き）をチョイス。（1,400円／税込）
チーズは、モッツァレラとチェダーから選べたのでチェダーを、ポテトとサラダはもちろんポテトをチョイス。お肉の焼き方はおすすめのミディアム・レアに。
この日はセットに付いているソフトドリンクがルイボスティーでした。
ちなみに、コーラやジンジャエールなどのソフトドリンク、コーヒー、ソラチビールもあり、お好みで追加できます。（150〜500円）
では、チーズバーガー実食です。
バーガー袋に入れて、がぶり！！！
パテは粗挽き肉がジューシーで肉肉しくて、美味しい♪（やっぱりミディアムレアよね！）チェダーチーズが良いアクセントになっています。バンズは外カリ＆中フワで少し甘みがある感じ。折り畳まれたレタスはシャキシャキ。チェダーチーズが入っているので味は濃いめ。その濃いめの味をトマトがマイルドにしてくれています。
目玉焼き、アボカド、スパイスチリミートなどのトッピングやポテト大盛りもできますよ。
ご馳走さまでした♡美味しかったです！
次は目玉焼き追加しちゃおうかなぁ、タコライスも食べてみたいなぁ、夜も来てみたいなぁ....と色々話しながら会社に戻りました。
洋服には肉肉しい香りが....。
どこで食べてきたのか、すぐにバレそう。ファブリーズ的なものを用意してから行くと良いかも？！
