I went to Motsu Kawase-san because I was curious about the place where you can eat the offal that is purchased every morning! In a retro atmosphere at an old Japanese-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), we ate carefully selected Grilled offal, sashimi, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), creative skewers, yakiton, and more! All offals have no odor and are delicious! Gatsu sashimi, heart sashimi, Nankotsu sashimi, all of which I wanted a second helping of... I had a drinking party with 20 of my co-workers and I used it! I was very grateful that I was able reserved the entire floor! There were many customers Standing bar on the first floor! It seems like it's only been 4 months since it opened in Shinbashi, a fiercely competitive area, but it's so lively...as expected. You can even use it as a second home! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and it was a delicious and fun party! I'll be back!
