新橋プラザビルのB1にある、粋な和空間が心地良いお店。
木の温もりを感じる粋な和空間の店内は、3月にオープンしたばかりというだけあって清潔感がありめっちゃきれいです。
今回はアラカルトで楽しんできたんだけど、海鮮系は特に間違いなしの美味しさ。
お通しは、海鮮が贅沢にのせられたマカロニサラダ。
これはもはや立派な一品メニュー、ボリュームもしっかりとありお通しとは思えぬクオリティです。
ぷりぷりの大ぶりな牡蠣とサラっと系のピリ辛との相性が絶妙な牡蠣キムチに、じわじわと広がる甘み満載の旨味が堪らぬ身厚でボリュームも抜群な真ほっけの開き一夜干し。
みずみずしい旨味たっぷりで、隠し包丁と言うか飾り包丁になるのかな？切り込みが入っているので、より柔らか食感になり食べやすく見た目も美しいトロサーモンのお刺身も激旨です。
海鮮以外のメニューも、ジューシーに滴る脂の旨味+肉々しい食べ応えも最高の鉄板焼き餃子も。
噛めば噛むほど濃厚な美味しさが口の中いっぱいに広がる、ふんわり柔らか食感も好みだった炙りエイヒレもめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
