2024年3月20日にオープンした鮨処一石三鳥
焼鳥店や焼肉店などを複数経営していて勢いがあるグループです
漁師さんから直接仕入れる事によって仕入れ値を抑えることが出来るため最近の鮨店と比べるととてもリーズナブルです
この日は8800円のおまかせコースをいただきました
価格を考えるととてもクオリティが高くコースのボリュームも申し分ないです
この価格帯でやま幸のマグロの食べ比べが出来たり雲丹をつなぎに使用したホタルイカのなめろうといった面白いメニューもありとても満足度が高かったです
お店の方も感じが良くこれからがとても楽しみなお店だと思います！
