⚫︎クラファンでも有名な一石三鳥。
⚫︎前回の焼肉に続き、今回は鮨処へ。場所は同じく新橋。
⚫︎コースは8,800円、13,000円、18,000円の3択で、真ん中のにしました。
⚫︎つまみも握りも、どれもピカイチでしたが、特に印象に残ったのは以下でしょうか。
・プリプリで濃厚な、陸前高田の雪解け牡蠣
・生で食べられるビワマス
・ゼラチン不使用、魚ソーメン
・中トロ→赤身→たたき丼、やま幸の鮪三昧
・おかわり可のシジミ出汁
⚫︎高級感ある店内で、店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、握り＆つまみ計23品とワインでお腹いっぱいになって15,000円弱というコスパは、素晴らしいです。
⚫︎一石三鳥系列、間違い無いです。別の系列店にまた行きたくなりました。
