一石三鳥グループ、二店舗目の来訪です。
内装がとてもかっこいい。
今回は13,000円の一石三鳥コースをいただきました。大満足のラインナップとボリューム！
一品物で特に気に入ったものは茶碗蒸し、あん肝、カツオの藁焼きです。
茶碗蒸しの上にはこのわたが乗っていて、初めて食しましたが癖になりそうでした。
あん肝も日本酒がどうしても欲しくなります！
今回、日本酒のペアリングを付けたのですが、出てくるグラスがワイングラスを使用していたり雰囲気もあり良かったです。田中六五は安定に飲みやすくて美味しいですし、満寿泉のスペシャルという名前のお酒も楽しめました、贅沢な一杯でした。
握りに関して、シャリは赤酢と純米酢のミックスだそうでやさしいお酢の感じが良かったです。
握り手の方はお魚にとても詳しく楽しい時間でした。
特に小肌、キンメダイ、黒ムツ◎！
そして煮アナゴの柔らかさが忘れられません。
赤貝も初めて美味しいと感じました。(追加でもお願いしました)
時期によっても魚の種類が変わるので、また頑張って予約を取って伺いたいです、ごちそうさまでした！
