The person in charge of grilling today was the best!
Weather weekdays. The owner (←husband) made a reservation and I visited. This is the best sushi Sushi that I have come back to many times. Whenever I visit for lunch, I always pay 4,730 yen for A lunch (9 pieces + makimono, soup) and get any additional items I want. I'm currently on a drinking ban, so I ordered Java tea, and my husband ordered Aizu sake. If I wasn't sober, I'd order white wine. (This wine goes well with Sushi) It's nice to have a set because you can get things you don't usually order (or don't know about). I sat at the counter and watched the chef's movements. Everyone here is always smiling and working quickly, which is great. From the lean meat at the start to the final roll, I can't stop saying "It's delicious"... Today, in addition to the course, we also had ・Sea urchin ・Striped horse mackerel ・broiled medium fatty tuna roe ・Ikura roe! All are the best! I ended up getting a second helping of sea urchin. The bill was about 24,000 yen for two people. Grilled medium fatty tuna and shiitake mushroom Sushi included in the set. Both were grilled, and the person in charge of grilling them today was really impressed with how well they were grilled. The chef who was in charge of the meal remembered my husband's favorite food, served it to me, and had a heart-warming time with me. thank you very much. I'll visit you again (^^)

Today: ・Sea bream ・Medium fatty tuna ・Scallop ・Lean tuna ・Steamed shrimp ・Kohada ・Squid (topped with salmon roe) ・Shiitake mushroom←This is so delicious!・Conger eel ・Maki ``Is there anything you don't like?'' He asked me, so I told him about Kanpyo, and this time he changed it to lean tuna and takuwan! thank you! On the way, I ordered sea urchin and chutoro broiled. Urchin-sama is a blissful feeling of stability. The medium-fatty pork belly is grilled to perfection! This... is too delicious (^^) So I tried the medium-fatty roasted one more time. The two of us drank two glasses of wine and one glass of Japanese sake. Enjoy your meal with the final dessert (← course). The bill for two people was just under 30,000 yen.
