平日の午後、仕事を休んで会社同期女子会で行きました。
丸ビルの35階で、窓からは皇居を見下ろせるロケーションです。
料理は、工夫を凝らした複雑・手の込んだものが次々と。
フレンチは時としてお腹に重くなることがありますが、ここは適度な量とお味で、中には複雑なお味のものも、どうしたらこんな風になるのか？という不思議な味わいもありました。総じてとても美味。
個室だったこともあり、ランチ閉店時間ギリギリまで料理とおしゃべりに花が咲きました。
こういう時の料理は絶対に外せない。
サーブしてくれる方も料理の知識が素晴らしく、プロなので当たり前かもしれませんが、澱みない説明に、関心。
何度目かの訪問でしたが、とっておきの時に、また来ようと思います。
