＜ペローニナストロアズーロ生ハーフサイズについて＞
・グラスを冷凍庫で冷やしている？ようで、ビールが僅かに凍っていました（真夏の大衆居酒屋的な？）。
・寒冷混濁、、、とか、おしかりの言葉を浮かべる方もいるかもしれませんが、湿度の高い日本の夏ですから、とても美味しく感じました。香りもよかったです。よく言えば、スーパードライまたはハイネケンのエクストラコールド的な？感じですかね（あちらは凍っていませんが）。
＜ピザ（マルゲリータ）について＞
・生地は、カリっと感が強く（カリっと音がしました）、香ばしさもよく、もっちり感はまあまあ、水分はやや低めでした。
・オイルは適量、トマトソースはやや少なめで、水分と塩分は適度でした。
・チーズは量が多く、伸びがかなりよく、かみごたえもなかなかで、ミルク感は普通でした。
＜その他＞
・ナイフ（ピザの下に置かれて提供されます）は切れ味がよくなかったです。
・ランチは紙おしぼりで、ナプキン無しでした。
・宮崎ひでじビールの瓶もあるようでした（夏だけ？）。
・二名席が４×４と、奥に四名席がいくつか、外にはテラス席もありました。
・ビルの隙間から、東京駅舎と東海道新幹線が見えました。
・この日（平日）のラストオーダーは14:30でした。
・ごちそうさまでした。
