After graduating from high school's culinary arts course, he trained at Daiichi Hotel in Tokyo. Moved to Italy at the age of 23. Started training at a trattoria in Tuscany. In Lombardy, he studied for about three years at Gambero (one star), Il Sole (one star) near the Austrian border, and Peca (two stars) in Veneto. After returning to Japan, he trained at Akka in Hiroo for about a year and a half. Since 2007, he has been working at Roppongi's ristorante "Restazi." In February 2015, "Enote Kai Moro" opened.
