（株）シェリロゼ社長、人材教育家、マナー美人塾塾長の井垣利英です。
大学時代からの親友（長年、パリに住んでいた）と東京駅でランチをすることになり、丸ビルが分かりやすいのと、友だちの希望でこちらのイタリアンへ。
お盆休みのためか、開店間もなく入店しましたが、すぐにほぼ満席でした。窓ガラスからの光が眩しく、開放的なムードのお店でした。
この日は、男闘呼組の武道館コンサートなので、ロックTシャツで行きました。
ピザとパスタを一つずつ注文して、シェアすることに。お酒を飲みながらお料理を待ち、私はワインをあまり飲めないので、いつもキールロワイヤルです。
・フェットチーネ 大分県産ゆず胡椒を効かせた 小海老と青海苔のクリームソース
・フンギ エ プロシュート（色々きのこ、ハム、トマトソース、モッツァレラ）
和の食材を生かしたフェットチーネは、磯の香りが抜群で、麺のもっちり感もまいう〜でした。フランス在住歴の長い友だちも、感動していました。
ピザは、私がきのこ好きなので、きのこのトマトソースに。こちらは、生地が厚めで食べ応えがあります。
これだけで、お腹いっぱいでした。ごちそうさまでした。
