二人で利用しました。店に着いたのは18時過ぎ
くらいでしょうか。予約を告げると窓際のテーブ
ル席に案内されました。冬至を過ぎたばかりなので、
18時過ぎですが窓からの眺め（皇居側です）は、
完全な夜景です。
極みコースを予約の際にお願いしておいたので、
生ビールを飲みながら夜景を眺めながら待ちます。
キレイな夜景を見ながら、旨いすき焼きとは贅沢な
気分です。相手がオヤジでなければ言うこと無しな
んだけど・・・。
先ずは前菜5品が出されました。見た目も美しく
ビールを飲みながらウォーミングアップというとこ
ろです。次はキャビアとウニがそれぞれ載った和牛
のお寿司。肉の旨味と脂で極楽寸前まで到達します。
そして、雲子（魚の卵巣）の柚子釜焼きでワンク
ッションおいて、いよいよ主役のすき焼きが登場し
ます。すき焼きは店員さんが丁寧に作って器に入れ
てくれるので、オヤジ二人でお手並みを静かに拝見
します。
まずは、肉だけを溶き卵に絡めていただきます。
口の中でとろけて脂が旨い。ビールで流し込みます。
九条ネギや春菊も肉の旨味が滲みて美味しいです。
器が空になる頃合いで再び焼いてくれます。
ご飯も美味しくいただいて、ビールも3杯も飲んで、
お腹一杯になりました。
デザートをいただいて、ご馳走様。
