We made a reservation for 18:00 on a holiday and visited for two people. It seems that the place was fully booked on this day. French cuisine Restaurants is located on the 36th floor of the Marunouchi Building, and from the large windows you can see the night view facing south of Tokyo Station, where KITTE and Grand Tokyo are located. It's on a high floor with a great sense of openness, so if you're afraid of heights, the window seats might be scary.The atmosphere is overwhelmingly great, and most of the customers were couples and people on their birthdays. I actually came here about 15 years ago and wanted to go back, but it's been a while. What I received was the Signature Dinner course - Anno sweet potato and star anise macarons- Aizu horse meat and instant smoked Hokkaido sea urchin - Chilled confit of Benifuji salmon from Shizuoka Prefecture - Cod milt frit - Sauteed cold mackerel and curly spinach・TOKYO COWBOY special grilled wagyu beef ranichi ・Pistachio nougat glacé ・Canelé and madeleine ・Riesling ・Trois Rose ・Cinderella Ranichi seems to be somewhere between a rump and a strawberry, and is lean but very moist, with an exquisite degree of cooking and a rich flavor. It was a highly complete dish with Madeira sauce. The crispy texture of the milt fritto has a great contrast with the creamy texture of the milt. The richness of the Shirako and the flavor of the sauce make it very complete. The dessert was a pistachio nougat glacé, and my partner didn't like nuts, but he replaced it with an assortment of fruits. I feel like the service they provide around here is top notch.
