仕事の懇親会で、大手町虎連坊を訪問。
日本酒に良く合いそうな酒肴が勢揃い。
日本酒を作る時に出る米を使ったすり流しに始まり、魚卵の餡掛け、漬けのお刺身３種、かつおのお寿司、蛍烏賊の沖漬け、合鴨などなど。
どれもがひとくちサイズなので、〆の小うどんを食べてもまだお腹に余裕あり。
幹事さんが気を利かせて、牛とごぼうの土鍋飯を追加してくれました。
山椒とごぼうの香りも高く、味の染み込んだ熱々ご飯が、最高に美味しいひと品でした！
