コースの【福】戻り鰹の藁焼きと鳴門ハリイカのお造り×鴨と茸の陶板焼き…全8品で日本酒20種込みの飲み放題¥5500にて。
飲み放題の20種は、テーブル上のシートのマトリックスとは一致しないが、バラエティに富んでいる。できれば、マトリックスによる特徴がわかればなお良い。

・小海老と甘薯の茶碗蒸し
