I ordered Uwajima-style sea bream rice bowl (1,100 yen) with red sea bream. You can enjoy it in two ways: by placing a raw egg on top of a sea bream rice bowl as a rich fisherman's meal, or by pouring dashi soup over it and making sea bream chazuke. After the taimeshi rice bowl, you will be asked to refill with taimeshi, but if you only have the rice, you can only taste the faint flavor of sea bream, and it didn't seem like there was much meat in it.
