Our most popular dish, Marugameyaki chicken thighs, which have an irresistible crispy texture, go perfectly with it. We also have a great value all-you-can-drink course that is perfect for farewell parties, welcome parties, and various banquets, so be sure to take advantage of it! Food Our specialty is udon from Zentsuji in Sanuki.
Salt and sardine from the Seto Inland Sea, and magnificent wheat fields. A town that was born to give rise to udon culture. That is Zentsuji City, Kagawa Prefecture. We want people to know the local taste, so we order flour, dried sardines, and soy sauce from local sources. Our proud Sanuki udon is kneaded from flour in our shop every day! The flour is a mixture of Sanuki ground flour. We order freshly ground meat every day and boil it in soft water and Arajio, which is rich in minerals from Shizuoka Prefecture. Please enjoy the classic "kake udon" as well as the quintessence of Sanuki, "kamaage udon."
