大手町サラリーマンの御用達の本格的さぬきうどん屋
昼行ってもサラリーマンでいっぱい、夜行ってもサラリーマンでいっぱい。セルフ系のさぬきうどん屋よりも美味しい本格的なさぬきうどんを出してくれるお店ですから、人気があるのは当然かと思います。
「野らぼー」には今まで何度か他店を訪れましたが、ここ大手町店は夜は完全に居酒屋率がほぼ100％。大声、熱気、揚げ物の油の臭いで店内は独特の雰囲気です。また、席の間隔が狭いので、店内は非常に窮屈です。また、煙草の煙がモクモク。ん～、うどんを味わうのに適した環境とは言い難いです。
メニューに「冷玉生醤油うどん(600円)というのを見つけ、面白そうだったのでこれを注文しました。冷たい麺に生卵が乗っかり、さらに刻み葱とかつお節がトッピングされたもの。これに卓上の生醤油をかけていただきます。「野らぼー」では基本的にうどんはフライング茹でですが、私が注文したときにはどうやら丁度茹で立てのものだったようで、しっかりとしたコシと滑らかな喉越し。美味しいです。ただ、かつお節が若干厚めのもので、うどんの食感を著しく損ねます。生卵の、うどんの味への貢献度は微妙。無くてもいいのでは。うどんの麺は美味いのですが、この店に限らず、どうして関東ではわざわざ変なアレンジをするのかなぁ。勿体無いよなぁ。

再訪。２回目。12年ぶり。
休日出勤での大手町ランチ。
大手町ビルの飲食街の多くは休み。
開いているお店の中で、ハズレがなさそうなお店としてこちらを選択。
仕事仲間との3人利用。
頂いたのは、
「本日の定食」（880円）
うどんとミニ丼のセット。
うどんは5種類の中からの選択。「冷玉生醤油うどん」を選んだ。
ミニ丼はこの日は「親子丼」。
「冷玉生醤油うどん」は、さっき過去レビューを読んでいると、
前回12年前の訪問時にも同じものを食べていた・・・。orz
しかも、あまり印象がよろしくなく・・・。orz
やっぱ過去ログは、行った後に読んでも意味ないよな。
今回も、前回と全く同じことを思ったし。汗
冷たいうどんに生卵を混ぜても旨みはそれほど増さない。
生醤油は自分で回しかけるスタイルなので、適量に調整するのは結構難しい。
