珍しく遅くまで残業して空腹に耐えられず、さくっと食べられて満足できる店を探して行ってみたのが、大手町ビルヂング地下レストラン街の野らぼーです。
千代田線側の地下通路から、大手町ビルディングに入る階段を上がってすぐのところにあります。
ランチタイムはいつも行列が絶えませんが、夜ともなるとさすがに、行列は無くすぐに入店できました。
こちらはセルフうどんではなく、口頭オーダー方式なので、カウンター席という名の大テーブルに案内されて、「釜肉ぶっかけ並盛、卵あり」という呪文を唱えると、5分もしないうちに着丼。
釜揚げうどんの上に甘辛く煮た豚バラ肉と玉葱を載せて分葱とおろし生姜をトッピングして生卵を落としてあります。
ここに徳利に入ったタレをぶっかけていただきます。
豚バラ肉と玉葱に卵黄を絡ませると、吉野家の牛丼のような感じになって結構イケる。
うどんは釜揚げうどんなので、コシも強くしっかりとした歯ごたえながら、喉越しも良くてやっぱり美味しいです。
夜なので呑んでる人が多いかと思っていましたが、カウンター席は全員うどんだけ食べている方ばかりで、皆さんお忙しいんだなあと、自分のことは棚に上げて同情してしまいました。
