Kagura Tori, an original brand of local chicken improved and developed by Kuruma, is characterized by its thick, elastic flesh and flavor that deepens the more you chew. By "aging" the fish for a longer than normal breeding period (120 days for males and 150 days for females), the meat becomes even firmer, has more fat, and has an increased texture and flavor. Our famous charcoal-grilled dishes are blended with carefully selected Bincho charcoal and other ingredients to provide the perfect level of grilling to match the ingredients.
