居酒屋ですが、中華料理人が本格中華を作ってくれます。豆苗炒めは、豆苗の香り、にんにくとごま油で中華になってます。
大根の餃子もいけますね。軽い餃子に仕上がってます。エビマヨは、表面カリカリでくどくなくて美味しかったです。
和は、焼きそら豆がメインです。焼き上がりの塩梅が良いです。塩をちょっとつけて食べて、レモンサワーで流し込むのご良いですね。刺身は柔らかく食べやすいです。ラストはおしんこで締めさせていただきました。かつお節がかかっていて、ワンランク上のおしんこになってました。
