職場のチーム内で新入社員歓迎会を開催するということで、『レストラン大宮 新丸ビル店』を訪れました。老舗の洋食店のイメージですが、飲み放題付のコースもあるのです。
頂いた内容は、以下のとおり。

というような感じです。正統派です。
呑み放題のアルコールは、生ビール、ハイボール、赤ワイン、白ワイン、スプリツッア、キティなどがからお好きなものを。
全体的にそつがない構成で、あれ？と思わせるようなレベルの料理が出てこない安心感があります。そして、一応スペシャリテと言って良いのかな？…「鶏の蒸し焼き粒マスタードソース」は秀逸な味。
鶏肉への火入れとマスタードソースの濃厚な旨味と酸味のバランスが素晴らしい。惜しみなくソースが掛かっている点も良き。旨いなぁ。
歓迎会として納得感のあるコースだと思える内容だったかなぁ。皆もそう思ってくれていると良いですが…
そういえば、ポークジンジャーも食べたくなったのでランチで来ようかなぁw
