新丸ビル内にある、可愛らしい名前の和食の創作料理店。
日本各地から集めたこだわり食材を蒸し料理にして提供していることからこの店名らしい。
店内は明るく賑やかな感じで広い窓やアートもありなかなかオシャレ。窓に向いた二人用の席もあり、カップルで来ても良さそうだ。
飲み物は焼酎や日本酒がメインで、こだわりの銘柄が揃っている。せっかくなので色々焼酎を飲んでみることに。
お通しはたまこんにゃくだ。
今回料理は下記3品を注文。
■山形県 杜夢豚の蒸し豚【わさびポン酢】（1,550円）
まずはこの店の真骨頂である「蒸し料理」を注文。
イメージしていた見た目とはかなり違ったが、一口食べてみてビックリ！めちゃくちゃ美味しい！
柔らかい肉質にわさびポン酢が抜群に合う。つまみとしても良いし、ご飯にも合いそうだ。
■熟成した漬物の盛り合わせ（850円）
続いてはこちら。
熟成したというだけあって、かなり深い味わい。
焼酎にピッタリ。
■おむすび（400〜700円）
最後はごはんものからシンプルにおむすびを注文。
この日は白米がなくなってしまったらしく玄米での提供だったが、塩加減も絶妙で非常に美味しかった。
今回は二軒目ということもありそこまで多く注文できなかったので、是非また行ってみたいと思う。
ちなみに金曜日に行ったのだが、この日は2時まで営業していた。食べログなどの営業時間とは異なっていたので直接確認するのが早そうだ。
