タイトルの通り、平日12:30過ぎに訪問。
店内は空いていて、ソファ席にご案内いただきました。お一人様はほとんどの方が外の景色が見られるカウンター席に座っていましたが、妊婦のためお気遣いいただきました。
メニューは結構あり、1,200円がほとんどです。この界隈にしては安価でランチがいただけます。
直感でメニュー名で惹かれた商品をチョイス。
タスマニアサーモンの"グラブラックス" 北欧風マリネ@1,200
要するに、サーモンのカルパッチョ。前菜のようなメニューですが、どんなものなのか想像できずにオーダー。
まずはパン。フランスパンとフォカッチャの間のようなパン。温められていて、ふんわり美味しそう。卓上のオリーブオイルでいただきます。外皮はパリッと、内側はふんわり、オイルの染み込みがいいですね。ほんのり塩味もあって、風味がいい。
次にサラダ。レタスにハム、粉チーズのシンプルサラダ。さっぱりとしたビネガー系のドレッシングです。粉チーズはあえてなくても良いかな。
そしてメイン。ですが、やっぱり見た目は前菜(笑)
でも見た目以上にサーモンの量はあります。
丁寧に調理されたサーモンは、肉厚で脂が上品。塩加減が絶妙で、ほぼサーモンの旨味で仕上げられています。パンとの相性がとてもいい。
地味な良かったなポイントととして、プチトマトがとっても甘かったです。可愛らしく弾ける合いの手がいいですね。
一切れ一切れ、添えられたマスタードとディルで香りも楽しみます。キヌアのプチプチとした食感や枝豆のコリコリとした食感も楽しく合わせ、ゆっくりじっくりと脂の甘みを味わいました。
食後はホットコーヒーで。こちらは普通ですが、飲み物まで付くのは嬉しいですね。
賑わっているときの雰囲気やオペレーションは分かりませんが、今回は丁寧なサービスとゆったりとした空間を楽しませていただきました。
