お鮨なんて敷居が高い身分の者にとって、高級鮨屋のランチは味を垣間見る貴重なチャンス。
場所が東京駅に隣接してるとあって、大丸12階でランチどきに入れるお店は皆無。
ここは座れたので、入店したのだが、流石に老舗の風情といったレベルだった。
鮨評論はできないが、カッパもネギトロも上品にフワッとした酢飯に包まれ、良いお鮨屋はこういうもんなんですね、という感想しかありません。
再訪する可能性は果てしなく低いが、鮨屋の格の違いは、こういうディテールに宿っているということが理解できた体験でした。
