新幹線の時間まで1時間ほど。昼飯は寿司でもとこちらに。北口すぐの大丸なので時間調整にも便利。生と特選握りを注文。お通しは鮑の肝で味わい深いもの。軽くやるうちに握りが提供。ランチながらに価格もそれなりゆえネタはまずまずの質。マグロは万人受けしそうな脂乗りよいもの。ウニは四島Bバラ的なものとはいえ甘味があってこれも旨い。
焼き穴子、煮穴子を追加。煮穴子は若干の骨当たりあれど柔らかく、焼き穴子はパリッと風味の良いもの。〆にカツオ、白イカ、車エビ。白イカは甘味しっかり、車エビも30gサイズほどでぶりぶりの歯応え。僅かに生感のある茹で加減が絶妙かと。
列車待ちにちょっと上品なランチタイムを過ごしたい向きにもよいかもしれない。
