Kiseki debut mini cutlet bowl + bamboo steamer 1,250 yen (included)
[2024.3.18 Lunch] [Mini cutlet bowl + bamboo steamer] 1,250 yen (included) Although the Otemachi price is acceptable, I wonder how it is as a CP in terms of volume and quality of food. Soba is the signature menu item. Overall, it's not bad, but it lacks some special features. [u:Soba noodles]: The crushed buckwheat flour is a good effect. It doesn't go down the throat or is strong enough. [u: Soba Tsuyu]: It was diluted from the beginning in a small bowl for dipping soup. Customers cannot adjust the amount or density of the tsuyu. By the way, soba hot water is not available. The taste is strong. [u:Condiments]: Only green onions and wasabi. The wasabi wasn't grated fresh wasabi, it looked like it came in a commercially available tube. It doesn't have that gentle, tingling feeling and refreshing feeling that is unique to fresh wasabi. [u: Mini cutlet bowl]: The sauce is too sweet. It's not so sweet that it sticks to you, but when you pair it with Seirosoba, you can still taste the sauce from the katsudon even after finishing your meal and leaving the restaurant. The meat quality of the cutlet, the way it was fried, and the cooking technique for the egg binding were so-so. The way the eggs are bound and fluffy is quite impressive. The food is delicious. It came with Chinese cabbage soup, but I saw it as just a bonus. Even if you make a mistake, if you let go of your expectations for chopstick rests, it's something you won't have to worry about. If the sauce on the katsudon hadn't come out too much, I could have given it another 0.1 to 0.2 points for the food and taste... The katsudon is mini-sized and yokatta. There was also a version with katsudon + mini bamboo steamer, but I think a full size katsudon would have been a little tough (for me). --- Service: There is one male and one female at the front desk. There was a man. I was surprised when the customer in seat K4, three seats to the left of me, came in without saying a word, grabbing his order slip while I was serving the food he had ordered. In a hurry, another woman at the front desk stopped me and said, ``Oh, that's not K7 (my seat), it's K4.'' ``Ah, K4,'' she grabbed the order slip and put it in my seat without saying a word to me. I was shocked when he threw me back at my seat (if this had happened in the Edo period, it would have been at the level of ``You rude person!'' (lol)). ...However, as always, he saw that the cup at Mizudomi no Shima was empty and said, "Let's get it cold," and filled it with cold barley tea (a second cup), so the level of service from the male front desk man was high. I guess it's 0 (zero). The older lady was in charge of allocating seats, taking orders, serving cold drinks, and paying the bill. Works in all directions to assist with the delivery and serving of bento Bento (boxed lunch) outside the store, customers waiting to enter the store, and customers ranging from unskilled to skilled inside the store. His first impression is that he is expressionless, so his first impression is that he is dry. While paying the bill, I asked her, ``Isn't your mother here today?'' Her eyes were straight and she had a sparkling smile, and her response completely changed. Furthermore, ``Can I get a receipt?'' ``Of course'' (apparently you can get one if you ask), and to the ``gochisousan'', ``I'll have it again, please'' with a carefree and cheerful response. For the older sister, 1 piece of Zabuton, or rather +0.1 points for a different service. (After opening the store, as the older sister told me, I went to the store next door to say hello to Ma〇-san and went home~♪ Thank you for the guidance~)

[2024.3.21 Lunch] [Tempero] 1,400 yen (included) The two shrimp tempura were a little runny, but the other vegetable tempura (burdock oyster?) and mushroom tempura were fried to a crisp. The volume of soba noodles is modest. The dipping sauce for tempura and soba are separate. Three types of condiments are served on one plate: green onions, wasabi, and ginger. It was my understanding that they would put ginger in the tempura soup, and green onions and wasabi in the dipping sauce for the soba noodles, so I decided to put them all on one plate. The tempura sauce had a light taste and was easy to eat. 5 minutes from ordering to serving. Considering the crowd in the store and the time it takes to fry Tempura, the performance is quite good. How do you look at 1,400 yen, I wonder if it can't be helped as an Otemachi price. -- Today I'm 4th in the queue outside the store. My mom talked to me while I was waiting outside the store, while I was eating and drinking, and when I was paying. We had a nice conversation about where we lived and how we spent our holidays, and it was a short but enjoyable meal. The lady who was in charge of the front desk the other day was in charge of taking orders and serving cold dishes (including refilling), and Mr. X was in charge of serving the meals. Both of them were rather mechanical, but I think it was because they were having fun talking to mom.
