SpaceA space that combines classicism and European Art Deco
A space located in the basement of the Meiji Seimei Museum (completed in 1934), which is said to be a masterpiece of classical architecture. Rosette is a new, nostalgic Restaurants that retains the original pillars and walls and gives it a new art deco feel. The theme color of Restaurants Rosette, named after the round flower-shaped decorations (rosettes) that can be seen throughout the building, is red. The profound feeling and vivid colors that only the real thing can have will guarantee you an exquisite time.
ChefExecutive Chef, Tomoyuki Kagami
Our executive chef, Tomoyuki Kagami, moved to Europe in 1990 and has trained in cooking in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Italy. Particularly in Belgium, I worked at the three-star Restaurants Bruneau, where I refined my taste and returned to Japan. The delicate dishes that incorporate elements of various cuisines and take advantage of the texture of the ingredients are enjoyed by many fans, and are always highly praised by customers both domestically and internationally.
Food Seeking the taste of authentic ingredients
At Restaurants "Rosette," we only receive high-quality vegetables from contracted domestic farmers. One of our contracted farmers, Eco Farm Asano (Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture), is known for producing Western vegetables with quality and taste that surpass those grown in their native regions. Also, herbs are available from Nikura Farm in West Tokyo. We are a specialist herb farmer who handles over 30 types of herbs. We bring out the best in carefully selected ingredients that are not available on the general market.
Enjoy delicate cuisine that takes advantage of the texture of the ingredients in a modern classic space that is an important national cultural property.
