皇居と東京駅の間の重厚な建物が立ち並ぶエリア。
重要文化財の建物の中にあるレストランですが、入り口が複数あって迷うので、ちょっと早く出発したほうがいいです。
入り口の警備員に伺って、歴史を感じるエレベーターで地下一階へ。
入り口でご挨拶し、薄暗い店内をエスコートされ奥のお部屋に通されました。 とても落ち着いた雰囲気。
スタッフとソムリエの皆さんから丁寧なご挨拶を頂き、シャンパンからゆっくりとスタートします。

● 鮑とフカヒレのムニエル
● 金目鯛と渡り蟹のブイヤベース仕立て

（昔懐かしい、ねっとりした味わい深いアイス）

この他にワイン4杯ほど。
おすすめ頂いたワインはどれも的確で、料理に素晴らしくマッチしました。
最後にシェフにテーブルまでご挨拶頂きましたが、こちらこそ感謝の言葉を述べる機会を頂き逆にありがたかったです。
最初から最後までスタッフとソムリエの丁寧な接客と料理とワインに癒された素晴らしい3時間でした。
