オーソドックスで安定のおいしさ
15年ほど前に青山本店に伺って以来の久々の訪問。
いろんなメニュー（1000～4000円程度と幅広いラインナップ）があったが↓をチョイス。
昔と変わらず、オーソドックスで安定のおいしさ。さすがとんかつの定番人気店。
行列ができる人気店のいくつかよりおいしいと思った。
★８茶美豚ひれかつセット 1850円
茶美豚、おそらく初めていただいた。
緑茶のカテキンで育ったブランド豚と聞いていたせいか、さっぱりしていながらも旨味しっかりの味わいと感じた。やわらかい。上品な味わい。
茶美豚もおいしかったが、それよりなにより、分厚くてさくさくの揚げ衣や、甘口のソースがおいしいと思った。
ソースは甘口と辛口とあって、甘口がどろっとしたタイプ、辛口がさらっとしたタイプ。
今回は香港から出張に来ている上司が行きたいというのでついて行った。外国人のお店のチョイスって、外国人向けの広告宣伝が上手なお店に偏りがちな一方、ふだん行こうと思いつかないお店に行くきっかけにもなって、温故知新的な発見があったり、おもしろい＾＾
薩摩茶美豚とは（ネットより引用）：
緑茶に含まれている、身体を健康に保つ作用がある成分「カテキン」やトウモロコシ、サツマイモ、大麦等が入った飼料を与えて肥育されている鹿児島発祥のブランド豚です。自然に近い環境でストレスなく育てているため、上質な赤身とクセのない脂、深い味わいを兼ね備えています。旨味成分のイノシン酸を多く含んでいるので、確かな旨味を感じることができる豚肉です。

3回目の訪問
★7.5 黒豚生姜焼き膳 1750円
さすがまい泉、肉質がすばらしい☆肉厚でむにゅっとやわらかで、旨味もしっかり。
ただ、タレがソースのように濃くてパンチあるので、個人的にはもっと薄味の方がありがたい。
黒豚、かつ膳だと3500円するが、生姜焼きだと半額。すばらしい。

★8ヒレひとくちかつ膳
ふんわりやわらかいヒレ、分厚くざくざくの衣、レベル高いカツで満足度高い。 量少なく見えるけど、十分おなかいっぱいになる。
奥にソファー席がある。手前のカウンターやテーブル席よりだいぶ居心地が良い。
