13時25分ごろ入店です。
お客さんは2,3割ほどでしょうか。
店内は高級な和室居酒屋感があり、清潔感も雰囲気も良いです。
一番人気の、焼きとり丼と蕎麦御前980円をオーダーです。サービスコーヒーが頂けるとのことでいただきます。13時以降入店？だといただけるのかもしれないです。
およそ5分以内には、料理が来ます。
丼ものとお蕎麦のセットは大抵どちらも炭水化物になりすぎて、最後は満腹になるのですが、こちらは違います。
お蕎麦を少なめにして、丼ものの惣菜にバラエティがあります。
お蕎麦は熱々の汁に入っており、汁は濃いめです。
七味を入れて、濃い味のスープを引き締めることもできて、相性もよかったです。お蕎麦次第はツルツルというよりかは、フカフカ系で実は普通です。
丼ものは大ぶりの鳥の胸肉だけでなく、味付きそぼろ、ネギ、おひたし、そして温泉卵があり豪華です。
胸肉やネギも熱々です。
味的にも食感的にも飽きない工夫があります。こちらも甘くなりすぎないようにお好みで七味をかけて食べると良いと思います。鶏肉自体は単なる照り焼きで炭火風味もありませんが、バランスがとても良いです。
どちらの料理も作りたて熱々というよりかは、熱々に再加熱した感じはあります。風味は作りたてに劣るとは思いますが、それが気にならないほどのバランスの良さ、、見た目的な綺麗さがあります。
食後のコーヒーもカップでいただけて、とてもゆっくりできます。
