I had a soy sauce-flavored tori soba (1000 yen including tax) for lunch because I was doing a bit of it on TV. I waited with some anticipation, thinking that the 1,000 yen barrier had nothing to do with it. Waited less than 10 minutes. At first, the soup felt lukewarm. I couldn't really taste the rich soup stock from the Hakata Hot Pot chicken that they sell. However, the salty taste is strong. The noodles are also a bit disappointing. It reminded me of the feeling of eating soft noodles for school lunch. The staff's attitude is nice and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but it's been a while since I've had lunch there lol.
