ゲソ揚げタンメン990+餃子240円 ショウガあり
麺、つるもち平打ちちょい縮れ。なかなか美味しいがあまり量はない。チャンポン麺よりは加水率高めで細いし
スープ、鶏ガラ炒め野菜チャンポンスープ。タンメンとのことで淡麗クリアなスープを期待してたが、良い意味で裏切られた。胡椒ラー油で味変しても負けない濃いスープ。
イカげそ、揚げたてサクプリ。結構量があって満足感は高い。差額が150円なのでイカげそを頼むべき。
野菜、もやし白菜青菜にんじんかまぼこ。イカげそ入れたのとかまぼこがあるのでチャンポンにしか見えない。
餃子、普通サイズ６個。焼き目はパリパリ、蒸し側はもちもちで非の打ち所がない仕上がり。餡は味強め。タンメンが旨い店は餃子も旨いの法則。
平日1600着、空席2。
食券機は無く、口頭注文伝票システム。
聞かれたのでショウガを入れてもらった。ニンニクもアリなのか？タンギョウで餃子が人気だが、唐揚げも美味そう&結構多い感じ。
タンメンなのかチャンポンなのかよくわからないが美味しいことは間違いない。
場所柄、まったく期待してなかっただけに美味しく感じた。
次回は、ゲソ揚げタンメン+からあげ+ニンニクで。
