外人上司と軽くワインでも、と言いながらiiyoに向かう。でも何故か上司がえらく興味を示したのはこちらのお店。
店頭の釣り船が気に入ったのか？ 一人でズンズン店内に。
はたして炉辺焼きにワインは置いてあるのだろうか...と若干不安になる私。
人の気持ちも知らないで「Oh～ Izakaya!」とご機嫌な上司。
焼き鳥盛り合わせと蟹グラタンをチョイス。
そしてワインリストを探す。
「こういうお店だととりあえずビールかしら？焼酎は？サワーは焼酎のカクテルよ。」などと説明するも聞く耳持たず。
「赤ワインはどこ？」
かろうじて最後の方に5種類程のボトルを発見。「ここ、ここにワインあります！」
「チリの軽めのものはどれ？」
「チリは無いようですがこのスペインのはどうでしょうか？」
ってなやりとりでやっとこさワインがテーブルに。
でも店員さん、ボトルのままど～んとおいていったまま。
「この値段でまさかスクリュー？」と捻ってみれどびくともせず。
上司はこいつは何をしているんだ？と怪訝な顔。
見つけた店員さん、あわてて「このままでは飲めませんよね。あはは。」と奥にボトルを持って行って抜栓。
ふぅ～やっと乾杯です。
上司はいたってご機嫌。焼き鳥とグラタンで赤ワイン一本を空けお会計。
特にグラタンは美味しい！と気に入った様子。
私としては旬のお刺身や焼き物を食べたかったけれど、仕方がありません。
日本人の友達と改めて伺うことに致しましょう。
最後に「ありがとうございました～」の声とともに太鼓をド～ン！
