大手町の永楽ビルディングB1Fにある『炉端かば 丸の内』さんへ。ランチをいただいたことがありますが夜は初訪問。山陰地方の料理を提供していらっしゃいます。
山陰と言っても何県との限定ではなく、幅広く山陰地方の料理。鳥取県、島根県ですね。
大山鶏・豚、境港産の魚介、出雲そば、宍道湖しじみ、や山陰地方の地酒等など。
いただいたのは次の品です。
■しらすと豆腐の塩ダレサラダ 790円
■境港産アジフライ 320円✕2
■あごの旨味たっぷり あご天 490円
■鳥取B級グルメ ホルモン焼きそば 790円
この他「お店のサービスです！」と言って、クロダイの頭の唐揚げを出してくれました。こんなサービスが嬉しいですね。見た目が豪華。でも硬くてあまり食べるところが少なかった（笑）
アジフライ好きな私は、迷わず「境港産アジフライ」を注文。レモンを絞っただけで旨い。そのままパクパク。ソースがついていていたのでソースもかけてもいただきました。何もつけないほうが美味しいかな。
メニューで見つけた「ホンモン焼きそば」もいただきました。結構濃厚な塩味。ホルモンの旨味が溶け出しています。若干甘さも追いかけてきます。美味しいB級グルメ。くどいけどやめられないあと引く旨さ（笑）
生ビール、知多ハイボール、レモンサワーとともに美味しくいただきました。
