山陰地方の素材にこだわった大手町の居酒屋。
この日は年末最終出勤日ということで、社員食堂ではなくてこちらのお店でチームランチを。
鯵の漬け丼に、鯵フライ1枚、とろろ、ポテトサラダ、味噌汁が付いてちょうど千円。
鯵の漬け丼は素材を活かした素朴な味わいで美味しかったです。
生卵の黄身が乗っているのも、鯵丼にしては珍しく、鯵変を楽しめました。
