丸の内にある炉端焼きのお店、「なかめのてっぺん」
東京駅から直結で、アクセスはとても便利。
平日の20:00ごろに伺うと、ほぼ席が埋まっていました。
予約を入れておいて良かったです。
賑わっていて活気がありました。
ドリンクはとりあえずの生ビール。

新鮮で美味しいお野菜たっぷり。
さば燻と半熟たまごのポテトサラダ590円
さばの燻製香がなかなか良いですね。
あっさり味付けのポテトと非常にマッチしています。
レベルの高いポテサラでした。
鮮魚盛り合わせ7点

氷見のメジマグロ、三重のサワラと桜ブリ、八丈島の金目鯛、石川の真鯛、千葉のスズキ、宮城のカツオというラインナップ。
お刺身はどれも美味しい。
身が大きめなので満足感も高いです。
お刺身に合わせて最初の日本酒は、早瀬浦1120円
太刀魚塩焼き1280円
炉端焼きが、ピザ屋みたいにスライダーのようなもので提供されました。
カウンターならではの演出。
焼きもんから、焼きそら豆600円

続いての日本酒は貴。

どんこしいたけ420円
肉厚、なめらかな食感で醤油の風味も良い具合。
これはまた食べてみたい。
玉葱ホイル焼き520円
これは早めに頼んでおいたほうがいいです。
じっくり時間をかけて火入れされた玉ねぎは、とろっとしていて甘みがしっかり楽しめました。
3杯目の日本酒は伯楽星
990円
たまたまですが「究極の三杯目」をテーマに醸されたお酒だそうです。
長なす890円
なすにしては高いと思っていましたが、出されたものを見たら納得。
特大サイズで、ねっとりとした食感があり美味しい。
焼きもんは全体的に火入れ具合も良いですね。
活気があって、料理も楽しめるお店でした。
