丸の内永楽ビルiiyoに入っている、房総の食材にこだわりを見せるイタリアンです。
BOSSOブランドとしては八重洲、神田も人気ですし、銀座のラ・グロッタもお仲間です。
友人たちと気兼ねなく元気に乾杯～っていうシチュエーションに向いています！

近隣の打ち合わせが終了。
むむ～ランチ営業に間に合うか？通し営業に期待するか？と、とりあえず地下へ潜ると、
いっつも待ち行列のbossoがまだ営業中！
うっほほ～い。やっと入れそう。
ボクは実家が千葉県民なので、ち～ばくんLOVEなのねん♪
「まだランチえぇのん？」確認すると、15:00に閉店だそうで、了承しました。
2人卓にご案内いただきます。
周りも出遅れランチ組な感じの、ワーキングウーマンのソロ利用ばかり。
■本日のピザ（サルシッチャとカラフルピーマン） 1,000円
ドリンクバー、サラダ、デザート付きだそうです。
まずはドリンクバーをチェックしに行きます。
温かいものは、ホットコーヒー、アールグレイティー。
冷たいものは、ピーチジュース、オレンジジュース、アイスコーヒー、ウーロン茶など。
ボクはホットコーヒーをいただきます。
サラダはやや新鮮味に欠けるミニサラダ。
まあランチタイム終了間際なので、こんなもんかな。
レタス、水菜、トレビス、にんじんに、珍しい所でクレソンが入っており、酸味の効いたドレッシングがかかっていました。
キッチンには男性も目に付くものの、接客スタッフは全員女性。
黒シャツ×黒パンツ×紺ロングエプロンの恰好良い制服で、3人いらっしゃいました。
BGMは大音量でラップやポップスがかかっています。
区画は2段構成になっていて空間の広がりは感じるものの、面積自体は狭い。
入ってすぐの1F部分は2人テーブルが8卓。
3段の階段を上がった2F部分は、4人テーブルが5卓並んでいました。
ドリンクバー部分がもしかしたらカウンター席なのかもしれません。
12分でピザが来ました。
かわいい！きれい！美しい～♪
食べる前から目で見て楽しめるピザです。
実際に食べてみると、やや生地が柔らかく、持ちにくい＆食べにくいのですが（！）、
それに勝る美味しさです。
特に、具材のサルシッチャは、まるで挽肉！
肉の味が強く、濃い味付けで美味です♪
ピザがあと一片、というタイミングでデザートが来ました。
一見すると温かそうだけど皿までキンキンの冷たさです。
ブルーベリーのパンプディングっぽいデザートでした。
周りのソロ×4組も割とながっちりだったので、結局ホットコーヒーを3杯飲んじゃっいました。
すごく美味しかったし、ゆっくりできました。
人気の理由がわかりますね！
さて、ち～ばくんにばいばいして、午後の仕事にかかろう。
オフィスに戻るべく、丸の内シャトルのバス停に向かいます。
※一番近い喫煙所は、信託ビル地下です
