いつも予約でいっぱい　iiyoのイタリアン❗ : PIZZERIA E BAR BOSSO

I thought the store name was "BOSSO" in Italian, but it turns out it actually means "Boso" in Chiba Prefecture. I noticed it today. Since the name of the restaurant is "Boso," there were many Italian Cuisine dishes using seafood and vegetables from the Boso Peninsula. The following menu was received. ■Pacific swordfish and smoked salmon bicolor carpaccio 1,300 yen ■Mackerel fish and chips Red onion tartar sauce 650 yen ■Camembert cheese and spinach homemade meat sauce pizza 1,500 yen ■Homemade pachetta carbonara 1,600 yen "Mackerel fish and chips" Isn't that "pride potato" instead of "chips"? But the pride potatoes were better. delicious. What surprised me was the "homemade meat sauce pizza." I could see the flames burning in the stone oven in the back of the kitchen, and the pizza was really delicious. Anyway, the dough is chewy and delicious. You can also taste the crunchiness. The meat sauce is also good. I also want to eat pasta. I often eat tomato sauce or cream sauce, so today I ordered carbonara. This carbonara is also delicious. Although the sauce is relatively light, it has just the right amount of texture and is delicious. The homemade pachetta is also delicious. This is a carbonara that you will want to eat again. I now understand why you can't enter the store even if you suddenly visit. If you don't make a reservation, you won't be able to enter because it's a popular restaurant. I was lucky enough to have a seat today, so I was able to eat delicious Boso Italian Cuisine!

本日のPIZZAは２種類から選択。『C. 揚げナス、バジル、トマトソース、モッツァレラ』『D. スモークチキン、ほうれん草、モッツァレラ』。＋100円でハーフ＆ハーフにできますので私はハーフ＆ハーフでお願いしました。

ドリンクバーが付いています。先にアイスコーヒーをいただいているとサラダが到着。なんとサラダまで付いているのですね。充実したPIZZAセットです。

サラダは手頃なサイズ感。ドレッシングが酸っぱい！

サラダを食べているとピッツァが到着。まずは揚ナスの方から。チーズが美味しい。モッチモチで風味がいい。生地はカリッとしています。

一切れ食べたところで今度はスモークチキンヘ。同じくチーズが旨い。若干の味の変化が楽しめます。味変ができていいですね。飽きずに最後まで食べれました。
