I wanted to go eat squid with my work colleagues, so I made a reservation for the course and visited. Click here for the flow of the course meal. Live squid making course ・Chawanmushi ・ pork shabu-shabu salad ・3-piece sashimi (salmon, tuna, Kanpachi) ・Live squid making ・Crab cream Croquette ・Chinese soba ・ Sushi ・Pickles ・Sweets (vanilla ice cream) ・Drink All-you-can-eat When you are first shown to your seat, chawanmushi is already set. It had shiitake mushrooms and salmon roe on top, and was delicious and flavorful, but both the contents of the chawanmushi and the container, the teacup, were quite lukewarm, almost room temperature. It seemed a bit unclear whether this was correct or whether they really wanted to serve it cold or warm. Personally, since there will be two carbohydrates later, I think it would be better to have them while they are still warm. I thought. Delicious is delicious though. All of the sashimi tastes great. The salad plate is large enough to serve as a single serving, so I'm satisfied. And the main character is live squid. It seems to be fresh because it is moving. I was shocked by the live squid from Hakata on a business trip a while ago, so today I wanted something more delicious and fresh. Well, I think it can't be helped in Tokyo. As for the quantity, it's like a roll wrapped tightly and hung on the top half, so I think it's about half a cup for 5 to 6 people. It's enough for one course, but I don't think it could be used as the main dish or the centerpiece of the course. In the second half, Croquette → Chinese soba → chirashi Sushi were delicious. The Chinese soba noodles ran out quickly, so I guess I wanted a little more. On the other hand, chirashi Sushi has a large amount of rice, so I think it would be even better if it had a good balance. I don't think it's just the preferences of the members I went with... Finish the course with vanilla ice cream. The all-you-can-drink option had a bit of ice, and I felt that the flavor quickly faded, but it was served quickly and I was satisfied. We chatted for a while after paying, but I was able to leave comfortably without being asked to leave. Thank you for the meal.
